The TAP Instructional Leadership Teams (principal, assistant principal, master and mentor teachers) have the responsibility to:
- develop the school plan for improving student achievement
- determine cluster goals and monitore movement to them
- monitor IGP goals and actyivities
- monitor inter-rater eliability and evaluation goals
