Eagle County Schools pays teachers based on performance in the classroom, schoolwide achievement, and individual student achievement. Teacher perfomance is assessed using the TAP Teacher Evaluation Rubric. Schoolwide achievement is demonstrated by Colorado Student Assessment Program (CSAP) . Individual achievement is demonstrated by the North West Evaluation Association (NWEA) tests.
