Technology use in the classroom will be something that is great for both the teacher and the students. This is something that everyone can enjoy doing. It is would be useful for students to be able to learn about how to use a computer and the different types of programs, therefore, once they become older they will not be afraid to use it. They could take technology and put it to use for their advantage.
I think that if I was to put technology into use for my classroom, I would only use it so that my students will have fun out of it. Technology could be very frustrating to deal with if you do not really know what it is that you are doing. I would rather have my students use computers to do their typing rather than having them do it on paper. I would set up games on the computer so that my students will be able to use it as they please. I think that kids have more fun playing video games rather than board games, so they will not be as bored with it.
I think that I would get PowerPoint and put it into use for my class because this is one program that could be very useful in the classroom. I could use it to help present my lesson to the class or even have my students use when they are doing a research assignment. Another program that I would get is hyperstudio because this is the program where I could set up my games for my students. In this program my students can even make up thier own set of games or slides of some sort for the class.
